Alignment Solution

Great shop, my alignment was quick and before any work was done I was informed of my options. They showed me the before and after specs of all 4 tires. I was also informed of some easy things i could do to make the ride better. I would definitely recommend this shop and will take my other cars here in the future.

Luis took me right in and was very quick to diagnose my Toyota Tacoma with my steering problem and point out the parts I needed. He fixed everything in a timely manner and even showed me the old parts he took off and the new parts that were on my vehicle. Had my Toyota done the next day for me to pick up. Very reasonably priced for all that he did. Simply Amazing experience...Feeling Blessed to have selected him to do the work. I highly recommend this shop 😊

I called before bringing my vehicle in was told 8am I brought it 8am my vehicle wasn’t worked on until 12 pm and I text to just check and see how long and was told to come get my vehicle .. there was a language barrier were he was under the impression I needed the vehicle back sooner when I was simply trying to get a time frame .. ultimately he did align one side and told me to take the vehicle somewhere else and he wasn’t able to work on 1 car all day long ? So all and all my car was there for 5 hours and was not completed. I did say I could leave the vehicle longer but he seemed like he was already ready to move on to another car and told me to take it somewhere else … seeing his reviews I was definitely disappointed by the lack of transparency and lack of communication. I didn’t know he was alone by himself if that would have been the case I could understand taking longer. But also maybe the need for appointment system so that way can get cars in and out timely manner.

Luis was able to get me in quickly for a wheel alignment issue. When I brought my car in, I brought the alignment report I received from another company and an adjustable rear camber bolt. Another company told me they couldn't do anything to fix the issue because their system didn't provide any recommendations for repair, and that I should take it to a dealership. I told him I researched the issue and thought the bolt would fix the problem. Luis took the time to help me understand the issue better and why installing an adjustable camber bolt likely wouldn't fix the problem. He then asked me several questions about my driving and made adjustments to get my alignment within specification. He also told me the key to keeping my alignment good (and my tires in good shape) is to track my mileage and rotate my tires regularly. In addition, he also let me know that the underside of my car was missing an important splash shield (and no one had mentioned that to me before). My overall impression of the service, cost, and information I received about my first visit is very positive. I believe Luis is honest; he doesn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs or services and takes the time to educat
